Welcome to 13:2 Events! We are so glad you are here. I started 13:2 in 2022, with the hopes of helping others celebrate. What started as helping friends and family, quickly turned into a passion and a business grounded in helping others celebrate. For me, it is much more than balloons. It is about creating memorable moments where people feel valued, celebrated, and special.
